Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon(6 of 6)

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- All-purpose flour, 4 tbsp
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lime zest, 1 tsp
- Olive oil, 2 tbsp
- Honey, 4 tbsp
Ingredients for Lime-Butter Sauce
- Butter (unsalted), 6 tbsp
- Garlic (pressed), 2 cloves
- Honey, 1 tbsp
- Lime juice, 1 ½ tbsp
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Set the oven to preheat at 400 degrees F.
- Prepare the lime-butter sauce. Place a saucepan over heat and add butter. Cook for about 3 minutes over low-med heat until butter is melted, brown and foamy.
- Stir in lime juice, honey and garlic. Stir and season with salt and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Rub salt and pepper on the salmon to season. Sprinkle 1 tbsp all-purpose flour on each salmon fillet and drizzle some honey on each.
- Place skillet over med-high heat. Add oil.
- Add one salmon fillet to the skillet at a time and cook on both sides for 1 minute until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and continue with the other fillet.
- Set the fillets to bake and cook in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until completely cooked and tender. When done, remove and transfer to a serving platter.
- Pour the lime-butter sauce on top and season with lime zest.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
