Tomato Basil Salmon With Lemon(4 of 6)

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Dried basil, 1 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese (grated), 2 tbsp
- 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Set the oven to preheat at 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil. Use a cooking spray to grease it.
- Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
- Cover with tomato and pour some olive oil on the top. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and set to bake.
- Cook for about 15-20 minutes until fillets are cooked and cheese on the top is slightly browned.
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
