Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Olive oil, 1 tbsp
  • Dried basil, 1 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese (grated), 2 tbsp
  • 1 medium-sized tomato, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Set the oven to preheat at 375 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with aluminum foil. Use a cooking spray to grease it.
  2. Place salmon fillets on the baking sheet. Sprinkle with basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cover with tomato and pour some olive oil on the top. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese and set to bake.
  4. Cook for about 15-20 minutes until fillets are cooked and cheese on the top is slightly browned.
  5. Transfer to a serving platter and serve warm.
