Sesame Soy Glazed Salmon(5 of 6)

Ingredients
- Soy sauce, ¼ cup
- Light brown sugar, 1/3 cup
- 2 salmon fillets
- Rice wine vinegar, 2 tsp
- Sesame oil, 1 tsp
- Olive oil, 1 tsp
- Fresh chives (chopped), 2 tbsp
- Sesame seeds, 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil, 1 tsp
Preparation
- In a small mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, and brown sugar. Whisk until sugar is dissolved.
- Stir in olive oil and sesame oil. Whisk to combine well.
- Place salmon fillets on a prepared baking dish. Use half of the brown sugar mixture and brush it on the salmon. Let sit for 15 minutes until soaked.
- Set the oven to preheat at 375 degrees F.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake. Bake for 15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked and tender.
- Remove, flip and brush the remaining sauce mixture and sprinkle with sesame seed.
- Bake for another 6-8 minutes and transfer to a serving platter.
- Sprinkle chopped chives on top and eat it up!
