Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 (16-ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes
- 2-3 tbspn chili powder
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tspn pepper
- 1 tspn cumin
Preparation
- Cook first 4 ingredients in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Stir until beef crumbles and is cooked properly. Drain.
- Place in slow cooker.
- Stir beans and remaining ingredients.
- Cook on HIGH 3-4 hours or at LOW 5-6 hours.
