Garlic Ginger Prawn Stir Fry(5 of 6)

Ingredients
- Oyster sauce, 2 tbsp
- Soy sauce, 1 tbsp
- Fresh cilantro (chopped), a handful
- Cornstarch, 2 tsp
- Prawn (peeled), ½ lb
- Cooking oil, 1 tbsp
- 5 stalks of green onion (chopped)
- Garlic (minced), 2 cloves
- Fresh ginger (grated), 2 tsp
Preparation
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and cilantro in a small bowl and set aside.
- Pat dry the prawns and place them in a separate bowl with cornstarch. Toss to coat.
- Place a large sauce pan over high heat. Add half cooking oil and coat the bottom.
- Add shrimp to the pan when the oil is hot in a single layer and cook for a minute. Toss and cook the other side. Remove and transfer to a plate. Set aside.
- Add remaining cooking oil to the pan and adjust the heat to low-med. Add garlic, ginger, and green onion and stir fry for a minute.
- When fragrant, add the sauce mixture along with the prawns.
- Stir to combine and stir fry for another minute until thoroughly cooked.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
