Ingredients

  • Cold mashed potatoes, ½ cup
  • Milk or dark chocolate chips, 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder, ½ cup
  • Coconut flakes, ½ cup
  • Chopped nuts, ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract, ½ tsp

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave so that they make a smooth paste.
  2. Then add vanilla and mashed potatoes in it and mix briskly. When it is well combined, refrigerate for half an hour.
  3. Now set up the coating ingredients, cocoa, nuts and coconut out in a plate, make small balls of the mashed potato chocolate mixture and roll in the toppings. Set on a tray and refrigerate until firm.
  4. Enjoy them whenever you like!
