Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons sweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- ¼ tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation
- Combine coffee, baking powder, all purpose flour, and sugar into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Now add oil, milk, egg, and vanilla extract and combine.
- Grease a mug using oil and pour the mixture into it.
- Now set the microwave on high and cook for 90 seconds.
- Dust the cake with powder sugar or eat it with an ice-cream of your choice.
