Ingredients
- Ground beef, 1 ½ lbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 medium-sized onion, grated
- Flat-leaf parsley (chopped), ½ cup
- Parmesan (grated), ½ cup
- Bread crumbs, ½ cup
- Tomato paste, ¼ cup
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, mix ground beef with onion, egg, parsley, parmesan, bread crumbs and tomato paste. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Transfer to a loaf pan and smooth on the top.
- Set to bake in a preheated oven at 400 degrees F. Bake for 50 minutes until cooked through.
- Slice and serve!
