Totally over chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies? Switch things up a bit with these colorful Funfetti cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 box of Funfetti cake mix
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup of vegetable or canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of colored sprinkles
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together Funfetti cake mix and baking powder in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine oil, vanilla, and eggs. Combine the egg mixture with the cake mix and baking powder, stirring well, then stir in the sprinkles.
Bake cookies for 8 to 10 minutes on a lined cookie sheet. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing.
