Funfetti Rice Krispie Treats(1 of 10)

Ingredients

• 1 10-ounce bag of marshmallows, any size
• 6 cups Rice Krispie cereal
• 2/3 cup boxed Funfetti cake mix
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1/2 cup colorful sprinkles

Directions

1. Coat an 11 x 7 baking pan with a generous amount of nonstick cooking spray, butter, or coconut oil, and set aside.
2. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add all of the marshmallows and stir constantly. Stir in the dry cake mix after marshmallows have melted completely, then remove the saucepan from the heat.
3. Stir in Rice Krispies until they are completely coated with the marshmallow mixture, then pour in half of the sprinkles. Press the mixture into your 11 x 7 pan and top with the remaining sprinkles.
4. Chill for at least 30 minutes, longer if desired, and cut into squares or rectangles to serve. The finished product can be safely kept at room temperature for up to one week, but it may began to harden after a day or two.
