Transform a plain baked crust or cheese pizza into a sophisticated meal worthy of a romantic dinner with your significant other by topping it with tomatoes and ricotta.
Halved grape and cherry tomatoes work best due to their sweet flavor and small size, but you can also use tomatoes off the vine. For extra flavor, consider adding arugula, spinach, and crushed garlic to the pizza. Don’t forget to drizzle the toppings with olive oil.
