Craving pizza for breakfast or breakfast for dinner? This egg pizza is the solution to both of those situations.
Start with a frozen pizza, preferably one topped with bacon and cheese.
Gently move some of the cheese and bacon around to create a few small wells. These wells help keep the eggs in place after you crack them.
Crack one egg in each well, and then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for at least 12 minutes, until the egg whites are no longer transparent. If your frozen pizza calls for a high cook time, reduce it to 350 or 400 Fahrenheit to avoid burning the eggs.
Alternately, you can scramble eggs in a skillet and then arrange the cooked eggs on top of your pizza after baking it.
