5) Chicken And Broccoli Roll (5 of 6)
Ingredients
- 2 cups of chicken meat (chopped and cooked)
- 2 cups of chopped broccoli (chopped)
- 1/2 cup of onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 1/2 cups of Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp of Dijon mustard
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp of garlic (minced)
- 8 oz. of crescent rolls (refrigerated)
Preparation
- Mix chicken, bell pepper, chicken, broccoli, onions, cheese, mayo, salt, black pepper, garlic, and mustard in a bowl.
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Use aluminum foil to cover the cookie sheet.
- In the center of the sheet, place a glass upside down.
- Roll the rolls around the bottom of the glass, but keep the pointed ends away from the glass.
- Place the chicken mixture onto the thickest part of the roll, fold the pointed ends of the rolls over the upper part of the mixture, and tuck it all in the center.
- Take off the glass from the sheet.
- Bake the rolls in the oven for about 30 minutes and serve.
What does the 3 in step 5 of the ingredients mean? Is it just an error?
I don’t understand step 5. How do you roll the rolls around the glass and keep the points away?
Don’t understand placing the rolls around the glass, what does that mean? Looks like it is braided over the chicken.
