Buffalo chicken wings are one of the most popular dishes to eat in the United States.

Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour (unbleached)
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp of garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp of paprika
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 chicken breasts (skinless, boneless, and sliced into 1/2-inch long strips)
- 1/4 cup of hot pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp of butter
Preparation
- Pour oil in a deep fryer, and heat it up to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix black pepper, salt, flour, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk milk and egg together.
- Dip each chicken strop into the egg mixture, and then the dry mixture. Do it two times to double coat the chicken pieces.
- Put the breaded chicken in the fridge for 20 minutes.
- Dry the chicken piece in the oil, in small batches.
- Cook each batch for about 6 minutes.
- Mix butter and hot sauce in a bowl and place in the microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken, mix to coat, and serve.

What does the 3 in step 5 of the ingredients mean? Is it just an error?
I don’t understand step 5. How do you roll the rolls around the glass and keep the points away?
Don’t understand placing the rolls around the glass, what does that mean? Looks like it is braided over the chicken.
