Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of sesame oil
- 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 onions (sliced)
- Cooked boiled rice
- 1/2 tsp of red-pepper flakes (crushed)
- 1/3 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup of soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp of ground ginger
Preparation
- Combine brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger in a bowl.
- Pour vegetable oil into a skillet and place it on the stove over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and cook for a minute, stirring often.
- Include the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes, crumble the beef.
- Add in the soy sauce mixture, onions, and stir to combine.
- Allow the dish to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
