Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of yellow mustard
- 2 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
- 2 cups of water
- 1/2 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup of sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 pound of top sirloin steak (sliced into thin strips)
- 1 cup of cooked rice
Preparation
- Combine mustard and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
- Place the strips of steak into the mixture, cover it, and place it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Pour olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add in the onion and garlic.
- Season it with black pepper and place the marinated steak into the pan, cooking each side for 7 minutes.
- Remove rest of the marinade and serve with precooked boiled rice.
