Not your typical appetizer, but who doesn’t love cookies!?

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter, 2 cups
  • White sugar, 2 cups
  • 2 eggs
  • Baking soda, 2 tsp
  • Salt, a pinch
  • Vanilla extract, 1 tsp

Directions

  1. Set the oven to preheat at 350 degrees F. Prepare cookie sheet and grease it with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir in sugar and peanut butter and combine until smooth.
  3. Add one egg to the peanut butter mixture at a time and beat to mix well. Stir in baking soda, vanilla extract and salt next. Continue to combine until thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on the cookie sheet. Press to give them a cookie shape and criss-cross on the top with a fork.
  5. Set to bake for 10 minutes until cooked and crispy. When done, remove the cookie sheet from the oven and let sit for 5 minutes before removing them.
  6. Enjoy fresh for delicious flavors.

Note: Place dough balls at least 2-inches away from each other so when you prepare the cookie, they do not mix together.
