Ingredients
Dry Mixture:
- 1 cup of pastry flour (whole wheat)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
Wet Mixture:
- 1 can of white beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 1/2 cups non-fat milk (unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed combined with 2 tbsp of warm water
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Preparation
- Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Place all the wet ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend.
- Add the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and use a wooden spoon to mix.
- Place a skillet over medium-heat.
- Cook the mixture, until bubble start forming.
- Flip and cook for few more minutes.
- Serve.
