Ingredients

Dry Mixture:

  • 1 cup of pastry flour (whole wheat)
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Wet Mixture:

  • 1 can of white beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 1/2 cups non-fat milk (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of ground flaxseed combined with 2 tbsp of warm water
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place all the wet ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and blend.
  3. Add the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients and use a wooden spoon to mix.
  4. Place a skillet over medium-heat.
  5. Cook the mixture, until bubble start forming.
  6. Flip and cook for few more minutes.
  7. Serve.
