Homemade Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 2 tsp of garlic (crushed)
  • 1 pound of extra firm tofu (crumbled)
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 tsp of turmeric
  • 1 tsp of sea salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Black pepper to taste
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp of shoyu

Preparation

  1. Place a pan containing oil on medium-high heat.
  2. Add in garlic, onion, and allow it cook for about 5 minutes, keep stirring.
  3. Add in tofu and cook for another 5 minutes, keep stirring.
  4. Add rest of the ingredients into the pan and cook for 5 minutes more, keep stirring.
  5. Serve.
