Homemade Tofu(8 of 8)

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 tsp of garlic (crushed)
- 1 pound of extra firm tofu (crumbled)
- 2 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1 tsp of sea salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- Black pepper to taste
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp of shoyu
Preparation
- Place a pan containing oil on medium-high heat.
- Add in garlic, onion, and allow it cook for about 5 minutes, keep stirring.
- Add in tofu and cook for another 5 minutes, keep stirring.
- Add rest of the ingredients into the pan and cook for 5 minutes more, keep stirring.
- Serve.
