Ingredients
- Sirloin steak, 1 lb
- Vegetable oil, 1 tbsp
- Recipe ready mushrooms, 1 bag
- All-purpose flour, 1 tbsp
- Red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp
- Butter, 2 tbsp
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Preparation
- Season steak with salt and pepper. Rub to coat well. Place a large skillet over med-high heat. Add oil along with steak and cook until desired doneness. Cook for at least 7 minutes per side. Remove steak and place on a grill over med-high heat. Grill for 2 minutes on each side and place it on a platter.
- Add mushroom blend to the skillet. Stir and cook until tender for around 6 minutes. Add flour and continue cooking until mushrooms starts to brown.
- Add salt and pepper for flavors. Stir in butter and vinegar and cook for another 2 minutes. When the mushrooms are ready, pour over the steak and serve warm!
