Butter Garlic Tilapia(5 of 6)

Ingredients

  1. 4 fillets of tilapia
  2. 2 tbsp of garlic butter (chopped)
  3. Salt and black pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place the fillets in the center of an aluminum foil.
  2. Coat them with black pepper and salt.
  3. Place butter pieces on top of the fillets.
  4. Wrap them in foil, seal all the side, and cook on high heat for 2 hours.
  5. Serve.
