Ingredients
- 4 fillets of tilapia
- 2 tbsp of garlic butter (chopped)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Place the fillets in the center of an aluminum foil.
- Coat them with black pepper and salt.
- Place butter pieces on top of the fillets.
- Wrap them in foil, seal all the side, and cook on high heat for 2 hours.
- Serve.
I’m assuming you add the haddock in step 1. Also, how much of the 41-50 per pound shrimp? No amount is specified unless you mean 41 count of 50 per pound shrimp, which I doubt.
I think they mean 1 pound of shrimp, 41-50 count
