Slow Cooker Beef Stew(6 of 7)

Ingredients
- 1 stalk of chopped celery
- 4 sliced carrots
- 3 diced potatoes
- 1 ½ cups of beef broth
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ cup of all purpose flour
- 2 pounds of beef stew meat that is cut in cubes of 1 inch
Preparation
- Place this meat inside a slow cooker. Take a small bowl and the mix pepper, salt, and flour together. Pour this mixture on top of the meat. Stir bay leaf. Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, celery, potatoes, carrots, onion, paprika, and garlic in this.
- Cover this and cook on a low heat setting for around 10 to 12 hours. You can also use a high heat setting and cook for around 4 to 6 hours.
