Ingredients
- ½ or more cup of butter, according to your need
- 4 pounds of fresh mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of dill weed
- 1 cup of dry red wine
- 2 cups of boiling water
- 4 cubes of beef bouillon
- 4 cubes of chicken bouillon
Preparation
- Dissolve the beef and chicken bouillon cubes within boiling water placed inside a bowl. Add garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, dill and red wine to it and stir so that these can be combined together.
- Arrange the mushrooms at the slow cooker’s bottom. Pour the broth mixture on top of the mushrooms and top this with butter.
- Cook this for about 12 hours on low heat.
