Chicken Nachos Dip(3 of 7)

Ingredients
- 1 cup of drained and rinsed black beans
- 2 tablespoons of minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 ½ tablespoons of taco seasoning mix
- ¼ cup of diced green onion
- 1/3 cup of sour cream
- 2 large and shredded breast halves of boneless and skinless chicken
- 1 loaf of processed and cubed cheese food
- 1 can of diced tomatoes along with drained green chile peppers
Preparation
- Place the jalapeno pepper, taco seasoning, green onion, sour cream, chicken meat, processed cheese, and diced tomatoes inside a slow cooker. Cook this using high heat and stir occasionally for about 1 to 2 hours until the dip becomes hot and the cheese has completely melted. Add the black beans in and cook this for an additional 15 minutes for reheating purposes.
- In case the dip becomes too thick, you can add in a little bit of milt to make it thinner.
