Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen meatballs
- 1 cup of packed brown sugar
- 1 cup of water
- 27 ounces of un-drained Bavarian style sauerkraut
- 1 can of whole cranberry sauce
- 12 fluid ounces of tomato based chili sauce
Preparation
- Take a medium sized bowl and combine together brown sugar, water, sauerkraut, cranberry sauce, and chili sauce inside it. Mix these ingredients well and then pour the sauce as well as the meatballs inside the slow cooker. Stir well.
- Cover this up and cook for about 4 hours using medium heat. Stir this occasionally so that the meatballs can be coated well.
- If you want the cleanup process to be easier, then you can simply use a liner inside your slow cooker.
