Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups of Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1/3 cup of almonds (slivered)
  • 3/4 cup of dried cherries
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla

Preparation

  1. Place wax paper over a baking sheet.
  2. Place white and semisweet chocolate chips in a bowl and microwave for 45 seconds on high.
  3. Stir and microwave the bowl for another 45 seconds.
  4. Stir until the chocolates have melted.
  5. Add cereal, almonds, cereal, dried cherries, and vanilla and stir to combine.
  6. Use a spoon to drop the prepared mixture onto the baking sheet and place it in the fridge for an hour.
  7. Serve.
