Ingredients

• 3 to 4 medium apples, sliced, cored, and peeled
• 2 pie crusts from the store
• nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
• unsalted butter, (1/2 stick, cut into bits)
• 1 cup sugar

Preparation

• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
• Place the pie crust in a pan and add apples over it.
• Sprinkle sugar on top of the apples following nutmeg.
• Add butter on top and place the top crust.
• Poke small holes on the pastry.
• Place in the oven and bake for one hour, and enjoy once ready and cooled.
