Orange-Chili Marinade Juicy Steak(5 of 6)

Ingredients

  • 4 servings of boneless steak
  • Orange rind (grated), 1 tbsp
  • Orange juice, 2 tbsp
  • Vegetable oil, 2 tbsp
  • Wine vinegar, 2 tbsp
  • Tomato paste, 1 tbsp
  • Oregano (dried), ½ tsp
  • Chili powder, 1 tbsp
  • Salt, ½ tsp
  • Pepper, ½ tsp

Preparation

  1. Combine orange rind, wine vinegar, orange juice, tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili powder in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Marinate chicken or beef steaks in the mixture and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. For best flavors, marinate for overnight.
  3. To prepare, grease a grilling pan and cook on each side until it reaches the desired level of doneness. Transfer to a platter and enjoy warm. Serve with crunchy veggies on the side to complete the meal.
