Orange-Chili Marinade Juicy Steak(5 of 6)

Ingredients
- 4 servings of boneless steak
- Orange rind (grated), 1 tbsp
- Orange juice, 2 tbsp
- Vegetable oil, 2 tbsp
- Wine vinegar, 2 tbsp
- Tomato paste, 1 tbsp
- Oregano (dried), ½ tsp
- Chili powder, 1 tbsp
- Salt, ½ tsp
- Pepper, ½ tsp
Preparation
- Combine orange rind, wine vinegar, orange juice, tomato paste, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, oregano, and chili powder in a large mixing bowl.
- Marinate chicken or beef steaks in the mixture and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. For best flavors, marinate for overnight.
- To prepare, grease a grilling pan and cook on each side until it reaches the desired level of doneness. Transfer to a platter and enjoy warm. Serve with crunchy veggies on the side to complete the meal.
