In addition to the delicious, authentic Moroccan spice blends for the marinade, vinegar helps tenderize the flavors of this amazing steak recipe. Use your favorite meat and cook accordingly for great flavors.
Ingredient
- Olive oil, 3 tbsp
- Cumin (ground), 2 tbsp
- Paprika, 2 tbsp
- Sugar (granulated), 2 tbsp
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Lemon juice, 2 tbsp
- Salt, ½ tsp
- Ground black pepper, ½ tsp
- Cinnamon, ¼ tsp
- 4 boneless steak servings (your choice of meat)
Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients. Whisk until well incorporated.
- Add the mixture in a ziplock back along with the steaks. For beef or poultry, marinate for at least 4 hours. For fish, marinate for 30 minutes only. Refrigerate.
- To grill, place the steaks over low-med heat and cook on each side until it reaches desired doneness. Serve warm and juicy. Enjoy!
