3) Rosemary Bread Stuffing (3 of 5)

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of butter (unsalted)
- 4 ribs of celery (sliced)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 cup of chicken stock
- 1 1/2 tbsp of rosemary (chopped)
Preparation
- Place a skillet over medium heat
- Add butter, onion, and celery into the skillet, stirring frequently and cooking for about 10 minutes
- Place them in a bowl to let them cool down for about 5 minutes
- Add in eggs, chicken stock, and use a whisk to combine
- Season with black pepper and salt
- Add rosemary and place everything in a buttered 9-inch springform pan
- Bake the dish at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or until golden brown
- Bake for about 5 minutes and place a knife around the outside edge of the stuffing to remove the ring
- Serve immediately
