Rosemary Bread Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp of butter (unsalted)
  • 4 ribs of celery (sliced)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 sweet onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup of chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of rosemary (chopped)

Preparation

  1. Place a skillet over medium heat
  2. Add butter, onion, and celery into the skillet, stirring frequently and cooking for about 10 minutes
  3. Place them in a bowl to let them cool down for about 5 minutes
  4. Add in eggs, chicken stock, and use a whisk to combine
  5. Season with black pepper and salt
  6. Add rosemary and place everything in a buttered 9-inch springform pan
  7. Bake the dish at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for about 40 minutes or until golden brown
  8. Bake for about 5 minutes and place a knife around the outside edge of the stuffing to remove the ring
  9. Serve immediately
