Ingredients

  • 4 kale leaves with center ribs removed
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 cup frozen berries (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup parsley leaves
  • 1 banana cut up

Preparation

  1. Purée ingredients with 1 cup of water in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add more water if too thick.
