Spaghetti With Salami, Chili Prawns, And Gremolata Breadcrumbs(4 of 4)

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 red chilies (sliced and unseeded)
- 3 cloves of garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsp of fennel seeds
- 10 slices of fennel salami (chopped)
- 140 grams of cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 400 grams of spaghetti
- 33 grams of prawns (deveined and shells removed)
Breadcrumbs
- 2 slices of bread (crumbed)
- 1 large packet of parsley (chopped)
- 1 zest of lemon
Preparation
- Heat the oven to 428 Fahrenheit.
- In a frying pan, heat 3 tbsp of oil.
- Add chilies, garlic, and sauté it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add fennel seeds with salami and stir it for about 1 minute.
- Add tomatoes and some salt and sauté it for another 10 minutes.
- Put the breadcrumbs onto a baking sheet and drizzle the remaining oil on it.
- Season and bake them for about 7 minutes.
- Add in the garlic and bake for an additional 3 minutes.
- Remove the pan and add lemon zest and parsley.
- Cook the pasta in salted water for about 9 minutes.
- Heat the sauce, add in the prawns, and cook them.
- Drain the water of the pasta and incorporate the sauce.
- Serve warm.
