Ingredients
- 15 grams of gelatin granules
- 450 milliliters of whole milk
- 70 grams of rock sugar
- 300 milliliters of water (divided)
- 10 grams of green tea powder
Preparation
- Soak the gelatin granules in 100 milliliters of water for 5 minutes.
- Heat the mixture until the gelatin has completely dissolved.
- Bring 200 milliliters of water to a boil.
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve it.
- Add the gelatin mixture and the green tea powder to the pot.
- Let the mixture cool at room temperature, and then add milk.
- Pour the mixture in a bowl and put in the fridge to allow it cool for 4 hours.
- Serve chilled.
