Turtle Brownie Cheesecake(4 of 10)

Creamy caramel…crunchy pecans…smooth cheesecake…life doesn’t get any better than this.
Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter
- ¾ cup of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup of all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon of baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Filling
- 3 packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1¼ cup of packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- ⅔ cup of heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Ganache
- ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
Toppings
- 1½ cups of toasted pecan halves
- ¼ cup of caramel sauce
- ¼ cup of hot fudge sauce
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan with parchment paper and spray pan with cooking spray.
- Heat butter, sugar, and water, bringing to a simmer.
- Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips until chocolate melts.
- Let mixture cool slightly, then add in eggs, one by one.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt, and then stir it into chocolate mixture.
- Pour brownie batter into prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- For the cheesecake’s filling, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add brown sugar and flour and beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs one by one, then add cream and vanilla and stir until combined.
- Add cream and vanilla and beat just until combined.
- Pour cheesecake mixture on top of baked brownie mixture and bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
- Turn oven off and crack the door, leaving the cheesecake inside for an additional hour.
- Remove cheesecake from oven and cool to room temperature.
- Coat with ganache, then top with caramel, pecans, and hot fudge.
