Ingredients

• 1 box of lemon cake mix
• 1/2 cup of vegetable or canola oil
• 2 large eggs
• 1 cup of white chocolate chips

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients and bake for 7 to 10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Let cool for 10 minutes, then top with a glaze made of 2 tablespoons lemon juice and 1 cup powdered sugar, if desired.
