Ingredients

- 1 ½ teaspoons of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
- ¾ cup of chili sauce
- 1 can of jellied cranberry sauce
- 3 tablespoons of minced onion
- ½ cup of bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 1 egg
- 1 pound of lead ground beef
Preparation
Total time: 1 hour 50 mintues
- Preheat your oven to 175 degrees C.
- Take a large bowl and the mix minced onion, bread crumbs, water, egg, and ground beef together. Roll this mixture into small meatballs.
- Place this in a preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes. Turn once.
- Use a large saucepan or a slow cooker and place it on low heat.
- Blend in the lemon juice, brown sugar, chili sauce, and cranberry sauce together.
- Add the meatballs in the mixture and then simmer it for about an hour before you serve.
