Ingredients
Servings: 4-6
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
- ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 package of softened cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 12 fresh and whole mushrooms
Preparation
Total time: 45 minutes
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Use cooking spray to spray baking sheet.
- Use a damp paper towel to clean the mushrooms. Break the stems with care. Chop the stems and discard any rough stem ends.
- Use medium heat to heat oil. Add chopped mushroom stems and garlic in this. Fry until the disappearing of moisture. Allow to cool
- Stir in cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Use a spoon to fill the mushroom caps and arrange the caps on the sheet that you prepared.
- Bake this for 20 minutes.
