Ingredients

Servings: 4-6

  • ¼ teaspoon of ground cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon of onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 package of softened cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 12 fresh and whole mushrooms

Preparation

Total time: 45 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees C. Use cooking spray to spray baking sheet.
  2. Use a damp paper towel to clean the mushrooms. Break the stems with care. Chop the stems and discard any rough stem ends.
  3. Use medium heat to heat oil. Add chopped mushroom stems and garlic in this. Fry until the disappearing of moisture. Allow to cool
  4. Stir in cayenne pepper, onion powder, black pepper, parmesan cheese, and cream cheese. Use a spoon to fill the mushroom caps and arrange the caps on the sheet that you prepared.
  5. Bake this for 20 minutes.
