Ingredients
- 4 tilapia fillets
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 2 tbsp of melted and unsalted butter
Preparation
- Season both sides of the fish with black pepper and salt
- In a bowl, add the flour and add the fish to coat it
- In a skillet, heat the oil over medium high heat, cooking each side for 4 minutes
- Brush butter on top of the fish and serve
