A few simple ingredients are all you need to enhance the rich flavor of a meaty rump steak. If you don’t have rosemary on hand, try thyme or a fresh herb blend instead.
Ingredients
4 rump steaks
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary
Sea salt
Directions
Rub steaks with olive oil, then sprinkle on rosemary and sea salt.
Grill steaks, turning once, until cooked to desired level of doneness.
