Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tbsp of tarragon (dried)
- 2 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of ginger
- 2 tbsp of black pepper
- 1 tbsp of mustard powder
- 1 tbsp of thyme leaves (dried)
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of oregano (dried)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 8 chicken breast (skinless and boneless)
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
Preparation
- Combine salt, black pepper, flour, ginger, tarragon, thyme, mustard powder, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl and mix
- Add the milk and egg in a bowl and whisk to combine
- Soak the chicken in the flour mix, dip it in the egg, then in flout again
- Set the chicken aside for 10 minutes
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- In a pan, heat the oil over medium high heat
- Soak the chicken in the flour mix again
- Cook the chicken in the oil until both sides turn golden brown
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes
- Serve
