Ingredients

  • 4 cups of olive oil
  • 4 chicken breast (boneless, skinless, and cut into small pieces)
  • 2/3 cup of white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/2 cup of honey

Preparation

  1. Pour oil into a fryer at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Place paper towel on the baking sheet
  3. Combine milk, eggs, and honey in bowl
  4. Combine sugar, flour, and cinnamon in plastic bag and shake to blend
  5. Dip the chicken breast into the egg mix and then into the flour mix
  6. Seal the bag to shake and coat the chicken breast with flour
  7. Place the nuggets into the oil, cooking each side for 10 minutes
  8. Place the nuggets on the paper towels
  9. Serve
