This creamy quesadilla is a perfect recipe to enjoy the creamy and crunchy flavors together. The best part is that this amazing recipe can be prepared in just 30 minutes. The no-fuss quesadillas can be prepared 30 minutes before your dinner time for best flavors.
Ingredients
- Olive oil, 1 tbsp
- Ground beef, 1 lb
- Taco seasoning mix, 1 tbsp
- Green chiles (drained, chopped), 1 can
- Tortillas for burritos, 8 tortillas 8 inch each
- Refried beans (heated), 1 can
- 2 medium-sized avocados (peeled, halved, sliced)
- Fresh cilantro leaves (chopped), 2 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese (shredded), 2 cups
Preparation
- Set the oven to preheat at 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place a skillet over med-high heat. Add oil. Add ground beef and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned. Stir frequently. Drain excess fat and stir in green chiles and taco seasoning. Set aside.
- Top tortilla with beef mixture, refried beans, mozzarella, and avocado. Cover with another tortilla. Repeat to prepare 4 quesadillas.
- Place the quesadillas on the baking sheet and set to bake for 8-10 minutes until browned and cheese has melted.
- When done, remove from oven and garnish with cilantro. Serve immediately for best taste!
