  • Spaghetti, 1 cup
  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined), 1 cup
  • Olive oil, 1 tbsp
  • Garlic (minced), 3 cloves
  • Smoked paprika, 1 tsp
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (chopped), to taste

Ingredients for Sauce

  • Mayonnaise, ½ cup
  • Thai sweet chili sauce, ¼ cup
  • Garlic (pressed), 2 cloves
  • Lime juice, 1 tbsp
  • Sriracha, 1 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper flakes, a pinch


  1. Start with preparing the sauce. Whisk together mayonnaise, garlic, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, lime juice, and red pepper flakes. Mix and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta following the directions on the package. Drain and set aside.
  3. Set the oven to preheat at 400 degrees F. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  4. Place shrimp on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and season with paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss to adjust flavors. Set to roast until firm, pink and cooked for about 8 minutes. When done, remove from the oven and set aside.
  5. In a large serving platter or bowl, combine pasta and mayonnaise mixture. Add shrimp and continue to mix to adjust flavors.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy the mouthwatering flavors.
