Ingredients
- 8 frozen buttermilk biscuits
- 1 pkg mushrooms
- 1 tbspn canola oil
- 4 cups cooked chicken, sliced
- 1 can reduced-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 pkg cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 envelope Italian dressing
- 1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed
- 1 onion, diced
Preparation
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Saute onion in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat on stove until golden brown.
- Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in chicken and other ingredients until heated well.
- Stir in peas, and cook 2 minutes. Spoon chicken mixture over hot halved biscuits.
