Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 serving unsweetened vanilla whey protein powder
  • 5 cashews

Preparation

  1. Blend in blender until smooth enough to drink.
  2. Add water and blend again if not desired consistency.
