Ingredients:

  • Half of a lemon
  • 2 cups water
  • 3 green apples, roughly diced, and skinned
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 1-inch ginger, peeled
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • Protein powder, scoop or two
  • ice cubes

 

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
