Warm Banana Smoothie(5 of 6)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 peeled banana
  • ¼ cup raw walnuts, chopped
  • 2 or 3 organic dates, pitted
  • ¼ tspn cinnamon
  • ½ tspn vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Blend in blender until smooth.
  2. Serve warm.
