Scalloped Potatoes With Ham(6 of 6)

Ingredients
- ¼ teaspoon of black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
- ½ cup of water
- 1 cup of chopped and cooked ham
- ½ cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 pounds of thinly sliced and peeled potatoes
- I can of condensed cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
- Place your sliced potatoes inside the slow cooker.
- Take a medium sized bowl and the mix in the ham, onion, and shredded cheese together.
- Mix this with the potatoes inside the slow cooker.
- Use the same bowl and mix together water and condensed soup.
- Season this to taste using pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Pour this evenly on top of the potato mixture.
- Cover this and then cook on high hear for about 4 hours.
- Easy clean up can be ensured if you use a liner inside your slow cooker.
