Ingredients

    • Salt and black pepper to taste
    • 5 tbsp of butter (unsalted and cubed)
    • 1/4 cup of dill
    • 1/2 cup of shallots (minced)
    • 1/2 cup of full-fat cream
    • 1/2 cup of dry white wine
    • 1 tsp of mustard (Dijon)
    • 1 tsp of garlic (minced)
    • 1 juice from lemon

Seasoning:

  1. 1 tbsp of black pepper
  2. 1 tbsp of cayenne pepper
  3. 1 tbsp of dried leaf oregano
  4. 1 tbsp of dried thyme
  5. 1 tbsp of onion powder
  6. 2 1/2 tbsp of paprika
  7. 2 tbsp of garlic powder
  8. 2 tbsp of salt

Preparation

  1. Combine garlic, lemon, wine, and shallots in a pan.
  2. Bring the ingredients to a boil.
  3. Add in dill pickles and cook for about 3 minutes.
  4. Add cream and mustard and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add butter, one cube at a time, whisking until you have incorporated all the butter.
  6. Season the mixture with black pepper and salt.
  7. Serve the sauce with grilled veggies and cake.
  8. Sprinkle seasoning, created by combining all the 8 ingredients together, and serve.
