Tangy Raspberry Sauce(3 of 7)

This is the perfect topping for ice cream, pie, pastry, cake, and cupcake.
This recipe is not difficult to prepare either and the taste of raspberries is delicious.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/2 cup of sugar (granulated)
- 3 cups of raspberries
- 1 cup of raspberry jam (seedless)
- 1 tbsp of raspberry liqueur
Preparation
- Combine the raspberries, 1/4 cup of water, and sugar into a pan.
- Bring the ingredients to a boil, decrease the heat, and let it simmer for about 4 minutes.
- Place the raspberry liqueur, jam, and cooked raspberries into a food processor and blend to smooth.
- Put in the fridge and serve.
